I called to get a quote for homeowners and car insurance. Tiffany Pearce assisted me with getting more coverage for a lower price. She thoroughly informed me of different types of coverage that would be beneficial to me. She also compared policies and gave me a few days to think about the changes. Tiffany answered all of my questions and returned my emails in a timely manner. I feel like the experience was professional and hassle free. So I decided to change my insurance to State Farm.

I guess they're ok, if you dont need them. I was with this location for 2 years. I didnt have any accidents, but I did have roadside assistance claims. 1 in 2022 and 3 in 2024. I guess thats the limit because 3 months after my last tow claim, they sent me a letter stating that they're dropping my roadside assistance service. So I dropped them. No renewal ever. Whats the point in offering the service if you're going to penalize people when they use it? 🤨
